Job Description

We’re hiring an experienced Inside B2B Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Bangalore. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where innovation and execution are equally celebrated. This role is best suited for someone who understands the digital marketing and has strong interpersonal skills, and possesses a deep drive to consistently meet or exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Conversion & Sales Closing: Convert qualified inbound and outbound leads into paying customers through persuasive pitches and consultative selling techniques.
  2. Client Discovery & Consultation: Understand business goals, challenges, and budgets of prospects and recommend CodeRenowned’s services accordingly (SEO, Performance Marketing, Website Development, Influencer Marketing, etc.).
  3. CRM Management: Track leads, update stages, and ensure prompt follow-ups using CRM tools and automation workflows.
  4. Proposal Development: Create compelling business proposals, scope documents, and presentations with support from the strategy and marketing teams.
  5. Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas set by the company.

  6. Pipeline Forecasting: Maintain a healthy pipeline by identifying high-potential leads and nurturing prospects through the funnel.

  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, project management, and operations to ensure seamless handovers and customer onboarding.
  8. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong post-sale relationships to maximize upselling and referral opportunities.
  9. Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new tools to maintain a strong pitch advantage.
  10. Reporting & Insights: Prepare weekly sales reports and provide feedback for continuous sales process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Inside B2B Sales (preferably in Digital Marketing, SaaS, or IT services).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong consultative selling approach with the ability to understand customer pain points.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi.
  • A go-getter attitude with a passion for solving customer problems.

  • Ability to manage multiple conversations, follow-ups, and negotiations simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of marketing and digital technology trends.
  • Prior experience working with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Graduation in any discipline. MBA is a plus but not mandatory.

Technical Skills:

  1. CRM Tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
  2. Sales Automation Platforms (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, etc.)
  3. Google Workspace: Docs, Sheets, Slides for documentation and proposal creation
  4. Presentation Tools: PowerPoint, Canva, or other slide creation tools
  5. Basic Understanding of Digital Services: SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Web Development, Influencer Marketing, etc.
  6. Cold Emailing & LinkedIn Outreach best practices

The fixed salary is aligned with industry benchmarks for experienced sales professionals. In addition, high performers can double their earnings through uncapped incentives based on deals closed.

This is an Inside Sales role with a hybrid setup. While most client interaction happens over video calls or phone, occasional in-person meetings might be required for enterprise clients in Bangalore.

Primarily an individual contributor role, but collaboration is encouraged. You’ll work closely with a Business Strategist and Account Manager for larger deals.
