Job Description
As the Partner for B2B SQL Lead Generation, you will own the entire lead generation vertical from strategy to execution, team leadership to client success. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong leadership, and deep hands-on knowledge in B2B demand generation, sales enablement, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
Build, lead, and scale the B2B SQL services vertical as a core revenue engine.
Design and drive GTM strategies aligned with ICPs, industry verticals, and client objectives.
Define quarterly OKRs, forecast SQL pipeline metrics, and ensure revenue targets are met.
Client Acquisition & Management
Engage in high-stakes client conversations, understand pain points, and close deals.
Own onboarding, expectation setting, and strategic relationship building with clients.
Ensure client success with measurable outcomes and long-term value delivery.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and lead a team of SDRs, marketers, and outreach specialists.
Set clear KPIs, review performance, and optimize team productivity.
Create SOPs for outreach, lead qualification, appointment setting, and reporting.
Operational Excellence
Oversee execution of multichannel lead generation (Email, LinkedIn, Telecalling, ABM).
Build internal systems for lead scoring, CRM updates, campaign tracking, and automation.
Coordinate with design/dev for landing pages, campaign assets, and reporting tools.
Required Skills & Experience:
Must-Have Skills:
Proven leadership in B2B sales or demand generation
Experience managing and closing high-value B2B clients (India & global)
Hands-on experience in:
B2B Databases & Data Enrichment
Marketing & Sales Automation Tools (HubSpot, Lemlist, Instantly, etc.)
CRM Systems (Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Salesforce)
Telecalling & SDR Enablement
Lead Scoring Systems & Qualification Frameworks
Landing Page Strategy & Conversion Optimization
ICP Definition & Buyer Journey Mapping
B2B Business Strategy and Revenue Funnels
People & Communication:
Strong people leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and storytelling ability for client presentations
Cross-functional collaboration mindset
Preferred Experience:
8+ years in B2B sales, demand generation, or lead generation leadership roles
Past experience running or contributing to a lead generation agency/team
Exposure to SaaS, IT, Consulting, or Manufacturing verticals
