Job Description

We’re looking for a B2B Outbound Sales Specialist who is obsessed with prospecting, messaging, and outreach. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on finding the perfect contact, crafting irresistible emails or DMs, and sparking meaningful conversations that lead to qualified sales opportunities. This is a hybrid role based out of Bangalore, combining remote flexibility with high-touch collaboration at our office. You’ll work closely with our leadership, marketing, and delivery teams to push warm leads into hot pipelines and hand them off to our closing specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting & Research: Identify, research, and segment Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) across target industries.
  2. Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, direct calls, and other relevant social platforms.
  3. Lead Generation with Instantly.ai: Use tools like Instantly, Apollo.io, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to automate and personalize outbound campaigns.
  4. Message Crafting: Write compelling outreach messages with high-converting subject lines, value-focused messaging, and powerful CTAs.
  5. Inbox Management: Manage campaign responses, objections, and interest replies. Route qualified leads to the Inside Sales or Account Manager team.
  6. A/B Testing: Regularly test subject lines, email content, sending times, and multichannel variations for optimizing reply rates.
  7. Data Enrichment: Constantly update and enrich contact data to ensure a highly accurate and targeted outreach list.
  8. Pipeline Building: Build a consistent flow of qualified outbound opportunities to maintain a healthy pipeline for the sales team.
  9. KPI Tracking: Maintain and report metrics like open rate, reply rate, meeting booked rate, and conversion rate.
  10. CRM & Tools Usage: Log activities in CRM, segment leads by campaign performance, and ensure efficient pipeline hygiene.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B outbound sales or lead generation for digital marketing, SaaS, or tech companies.
  2. Proven success in booking discovery calls or qualified meetings via cold outreach.
  3. Strong experience in email copywriting, subject line optimization, and multichannel prospecting.
  4. Deep understanding of outreach tools like Instantly.ai, Apollo, Lemlist, Hunter, and Sales Navigator.
  5. Skilled at using spreadsheets, email warm-up tools, inbox management systems, and CRM platforms (like Zoho or HubSpot).
  6. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional growth team.
  8. Exposure to growth marketing, demand generation, or outbound GTM strategies is a bonus.

Technical Skills:

  1. Instantly.ai for cold outreach automation
  2. LinkedIn Sales Navigator for decision-maker targeting
  3. Apollo.io, Hunter, Snov.io for data scraping and email enrichment
  4. CRM tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar)
  5. Google Sheets for lead segmentation and data tracking
  6. Inbox Management Platforms for follow-ups and nurturing
  7. Familiarity with copywriting frameworks like PAS (Problem-Agitate-Solution), AIDA (Attention-Interest-Desire-Action), etc.

You’ll work primarily on cold leads generated through your outbound efforts. However, some warm leads from content marketing funnels may also be assigned occasionally for faster conversion.

Your KPIs will include reply rate, open rate, call bookings, SQLs, and meetings delivered. Monthly incentives are paid based on volume and quality of meetings booked.

This role focuses on booking qualified meetings. You don’t need to close deals, but if you demonstrate closing capability, there’s scope to move into a full-cycle sales role.
